The O’Shine Ratchet Miter Shear is an upgraded version of its predecessor, designed to reduce wrist stress and cutting force. It features an auto-stop ratchet system and long leverage handles with soft and thick PP+TPR grips, making it perfect for heavy-duty tasks. This shear is ideal for angular cuts on a variety of materials, including molding, trim, plastic tubing, tack strip, quarter round, chamfer, round molds, trunking, PVC strips, rubber gaskets, weatherstrip, shoe mold, and any light material. Note: This tool is not suitable for cutting metals.
Sharp and Durable SK5 Steel Blade
Equipped with Japan-made SK5 steel blades, our miter shear provides superior cutting performance. Each blade is expertly ground by skilled craftsmen and plated with hard chrome, followed by heat treatment to HRC52 hardness. Replacement blades for the O’Shine Ratchet Miter Shear are also available, and you can find them on our page. A 3-piece blade set ensures you always have a sharp cutting edge.
Unique Angle Adjustment Design
The O’Shine Ratchet Miter Shear features a precise angle adjustment system with incised markings for common cutting angles from 45° to 135°. The anvil and movable fence are made from fine aluminum alloy, ensuring stability and precision while maintaining lightweight for long-term use. The holes next to the markings allow for quick adjustments with just a "click" sound, thanks to the spring and iron ball inside which hold the fence position firmly.
Fast Blade Changing, An Extra Blade Included
The O’Shine Ratchet Miter Shear comes with an extra blade in a PP sheath, a hex key, and detailed blade-changing instructions. Changing the blade is quick and easy, taking less than a minute. Remember to wear gloves while using the shear or handling blades to ensure safety.
