Sharp and Durable SK5 Blade
The O'Shine Miter Shears are made from high-quality Japan-made SK5 steel, which is plated with hard chrome and heat-treated to HRC52. This makes them perfect for cutting soft wood parts including dowel and rods (up to 3/4 inch in size), balsa wood sticks, trunking, PVC strips, chamfer, quarter round molds, weather strips, rubber strips, shoe molding, wood trim, wall molding trim, and any other light materials. Note: They are not suitable for cutting metal.
Unique Angle Adjustment Design
The O'Shine Miter Shears feature an easily adjustable anvil with 45°, 60°, 75°, 90°, 105°, 120°, and 135° incised markings. Small, precision holes beneath the markings allow for quick and accurate angle adjustments with a simple click. Inside the anvil is a spring and iron ball that ensures the fence position is held firmly, making precise cutting possible.
Stable and Lightweight Head
Designed with high-quality aluminum alloy, the anvil and movable fence of the O'Shine Miter Shears are both durable and lightweight. This ensures they can hold objects of varying thickness securely without adding much weight, which is ideal for both repeatable and long-term tasks.
Replacement Blade with Blade Sheath
The O'Shine Miter Shear set comes with an extra SK5 blade, complete with a Polypropylene sheath. This sheath not only protects your fingers during blade changes or storage but also adds an extra layer of safety.
